E-203 Rector Message

When I was called over a year ago to be the Rectora of E-203, I had so many thoughts going through my head. The biggest thing I asked myself was would I be a good example of a Christian Woman for the ladies and team that will be joining me on this amazing adventure? Then I thought about a saying that is said a lot when teaming, God doesn’t call the equipped, He equips the called. Right there I knew that God was going to show up and show off in a big way for each of the team members and the pilgrims of E-203. God has already been showing off with the amazing team He has put together to show His pilgrims love that will be walking in Oct. God truly had a hand in each person that was called, and He put the people on the team that He needs to be part of E-203.

The song choice for E-203 was very easy to pick, it is Never by Tasha Layton. In the song she sings: “When this world is breaking me down. When my tears and knees both fall to the ground. When my questions make me doubt You more than ever, You remind me that Your answer’s always never.” God will never leave us or forsake us and we are reminded of this with each line of this song. Our verse is Deuteronomy 31:8: The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. God told us from the very beginning of the bible that God will always be with us. That is repeated over and over again throughout the bible and continues to remind us His Love is Always & Forever.

We covet your prayers as we are on the E-203 journey, and we will be ready to love on each and every pilgrim that will be on the mountain with us. Join us in praying at 2:03pm daily for the team and pilgrims.
