A Message from the WLD Hebrews 12:1-2 The Emmaus community has been the “cloud of witnesses” for me. I have seen many miracles of grace poured out on this community. Just think about the Holy-Net with daily prayers being lifted up to our Savior. We hold each other close to our hearts, pray for each other, and care for each other’s needs. We are truly a family. We are being blessed daily and we are experiencing a unique time in Jesus Christ. Through sponsoring and teaming we have been given the chance to pass on the gift that we so freely received. We have been deeply blessed by God to serve and to be His vessels of joy and love through the Walk to Emmaus. With all my heart, I am asking for each of you to be in prayer for the E-130 as we fully surrender our lives to God. God placed these words, “Fix Your Eyes On Jesus,” in my heart a few years ago and they have given me strength and direction. I believe that this is the message God has asked me to bring to the team and the pilgrims of E-130. We live in an area that seems to move so fast and it is so easy to be entangled and stray from the path of Christ. We have our fancy cars, big houses, plenty of clothes and shoes, so many restaurants to choose from, busy jobs, church responsibilities, and family activities. Let us run the race with perseverance that he has marked out for us. He took on the cross that we may live and sat down at the right hand of God. May His mercies follow us all the days of our lives. Praise His holy name forever and ever, Amen.
